The place was clean and quiet. the host let me drop my bags off early on my checking day and that was very helpful. I would stay here again!

There isn’t a kitchen and we were glad not to have one. There was a microwave and a Kerrig coffee maker, neither of which we used and a refrigerator with a pitcher of cold water which we did use. There’s no need for a kitchen because Montrose is filled with good places to eat. We ate at the Black Cow, Divina Cucina, La Cabanita, the New Moon and a new place, Sabrina’s. All good. Wade’s place is simple, clean and private, we recommend it.

Irma’s place was beautiful! She is very responsive, and had everything set up perfectly. She even let us check in a little early. Thank you Irma!

This apartment was a pleasant & welcome surprise. It felt like coming home. clean, comfortable, peaceful, with a fantastic work desk where I got a lot done. Safe street is a bit busy, but this unit is far enough back. Trader Joe's close by, this kitchen was generous for preparing food when I wasn't going to the many excellent restaurants. The bed and couch are comfortable for rest after a bust day. The real star of the experience is host Erwin. Among the best communicators in the system. Responsive and clear in communication. I cannot imagine a better host.
