Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Our vacation home will be completed in 2024 and has been furnished with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a beautiful landscape with a view of nature. Sommersdorf is located in the beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. We are happy to give tips for excursions, restaurants, cafés and shopping.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Small cottage in the Uckermark on a historic four-sided farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping loft. Ideally suited for 2 people. Third sleeping place available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.
