Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Verchaix

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

We stayed me Daniela’s for ten days in early June with our 10-month-old. We had a great time, Daniela is very responsive and helpful, the apartment is great and the location is amazing.

We felt completely comfortable at Christelle's! The accommodation was great, the view fantastic and the tranquility to enjoy. We were also delighted with delicious cakes and enjoyed the time in Megève. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). We will be happy to come back :)

Beautiful cottage whose photos perfectly reflect the reality. Large, beautiful, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Yasmine is nice and very accommodating.

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

Martine was a welcoming host. She was discreet but available if needed, which can be convenient. Her house is very spacious and typical mountain atmosphere😍. There is a lot of walking nearby and we were even able to test the restaurant la ferme des trois ours right next to the cottage which was a feast. I would recommend Martine's place without a second thought. We had a pleasant stay. The dogs also loved it! we will be back no problem. ☺️

Perfect cottage, which was as described in every way. A peaceful retreat in the middle of the mountains. The weather told us nothing good but finally, an exceptional vacation under the sun, between spring flowers and hiking in the snow. Ideally located for discovering the Alps and Mont Blanc Hot tub at the top for debriefering the day while relaxing with its sublime view. Thanks to Michael's wife for her kindness and advice.

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

A great cottage, very well equipped, modern with all the essentials for a good installation. The welcome of the owners is very warm, we felt at home there from the first moment. When we left, we met Danielle who is extremely kind, it was a pleasure to meet her.

We were lucky enough to enjoy an exceptional stay at Michel's chalet. Everything, from start to finish was incredible: the sumptuous setting, with mountains all around the chalet, the spacious chalet, very clean and with a lot of charm. The cleanliness of the chalet and all the amenities generously provided by Michel. In addition, we were lucky to meet Michel, who was very responsive about the booking but also very attentive, many attentions in the chalet made the stay really amazing! We stayed for a week, the chalet was perfect for 2 people, very cosy and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden space. Peaceful area, good for chilling out. Great base to explore around les Houches and Chamonix area, we did quite a lot of hiking. Pauline was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would come back again without hesitation!

We spent three nights in this amazing apartment. One could not ask for a better experience! The place itself has everything you need. We were very comfortable. What really stands out however, is the incredible view! The apartment is located high up on a mountain slope. The view from the terrace is just absolutely breathtaking. Never seen anything like it in all my 52 Airbnb stays. We were met by Cyrille, one of the hosts. A most welcoming and charming man. It was very nice meeting him and listening to his stories. We will most likely be back for more. A highly recommended listing!

A great weekend with the family Very well-equipped apartment with magnificent lake view. With a delicious meal on the lake balcony with a breathtaking view as a bonus. Christiaan is very available and pleasant to deal with. Great discovery!!

A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. We had wonderful days. The cottage is quiet and the view is amazing. The cottage is small and cozy, but equipped with all the comforts. The bathroom and kitchen are new. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely go again.

Nicolas was a lovely host and this was an excellent place to stay.

What an amazing place! We were two families with a total of five kids between 2 and 12 years, and we felt right at home. We could really unwind and deconnect, reconnect with the pure nature around us and imagine ourselves in the time this beautiful cabin was built, well before mobile phones, social media and work emails. The chalet is very authentic and really well equipped, even for the a group of 9 people that we were. Kitchen and bathrooms are not brandnew, but everything was very functional and super clean. Access to the place is easy, we came with two cars, but we could have parked up to four cars easily. The village of Les Mosses has not a great number of restaurants to offer, but there are some beautiful mountain restaurants you can hike to. And we went to Gstaad as well, which is just 30 minutes away. Sanne was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly. Thank you Sanne for letting us stay at this wonderful place!
