"Perched Cat" cottage, nice view, pool

Mountain atmosphere, magnificent view, peace and quiet. Large 2-room apartment at an altitude (1000 m) facing south on level 1 of a fully renovated old alpine chalet. Independent access by staircase. Living room (29 m2) with very well-equipped open kitchen, living room and dining area, 4 beds. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and vanity, separate toilet, laundry room. A bedroom with a double bed. Very large terrace. Traditional Savoyard curtain. Community swimming pool.

Lovely wooden chalet of 65m2 with garden. Ideal base for winter (at the foot of the skibus) or summer (lakes, hikes,etc.) and kids friendly. Comfortable and functional in a hamlet residential, it is conveniently located to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Can host up to 6/7 people and contains one floor. It contains 3 closed bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds), a large equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with wood burning stove.

Old 64 m² cottage dating from the 1970s belonging to my grandmother, completely renovated (work completed on February 1, 2021). Facing south, very bright, 25 m² terrace. Carport and courtyard for cars. 2 minutes from the Grand Massif ski resort (265 km of slopes) and the Lac Bleu with recreational center, bus stop nearby. Eco-friendly (homemade cleaning products and composter). I'll be here to answer any questions you may have!

The Grange - Mountain Home an hour from Geneva

La Grange du Bouchet is a newly restored French barn in Verchaix, Morillon with 4 bedrooms. Located in the Grand Massif ski region it boasts spectacular views of the mountains within the Giffre Valley. 5 minutes drive from Morillon telecabin and 1 hour from Geneva airport it is perfectly situated to make a fantastic skiing/summer holiday. The quaint and historic village of Samoens is also just a short 7 minute drive.

Refurbished, single-storey apartment, located on the heights of Verchaix, on the ground floor of our chalet at 900 m altitude. At the end of a cul-de-sac, facing south, ideal for 2 people, reserved parking space in front of the apartment. 4 km from ski lifts or Lake Morillon. Shops are a 5-minute drive away. Ideally located for those who love peace, nature and outdoor sports. Lots to do nearby.
