I loved the stay! Apartment well located, close to everything, and super quiet. Nice place, very clean and cozy. The room is air-conditioned, and the apartment is well ventilated. The view is otimaaa!! O Igo always available, responded very quickly and very kind.

Flavio was very attentive in the negotiations and the apartment is very well located and equipped. The building offers many good things that add too much to the stay, as well as being in the best neighborhood in Salvador in my opinion.

Great apartment, very well located, clean and with a charming decoration. The hostess took the initiative to pass all the necessary guidelines for a great stay. In addition, the apartment is very close to the beach Porto da Bar (the best for bathing), a great waterfront for walking and having access to other sights. The fact that the apartment is underground does not interfere at all, since in a place like Salvador little time is spent in the apartment. It has two bathrooms, which makes it much easier in a group trip as was my case. The ceiling fan of one of the rooms served us well and the backup fan too. We feel welcome and recommend the location. The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

The house corresponds to the advertised and, without a doubt, is the best option in the Condominium in which it is located. It is a condominium of simple houses, but that of Andreia stands out. We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. It's clear that the host's family is always there! It varies leisure options for children, safety and amenities, I highly recommend it, especially for those with a family travel proposal.

My stay at Lúcia's place, located on the beautiful Itaparica Island, on Aratuba beach, was just amazing! Village is a paradise: safe, well cared for, with an impeccable structure and a breathtaking view. The house is perfect, extremely well-planned and equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every striking detail: the pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing; the barbecue was ideal for moments of fraternization; and the... indescribable view! The location is also excellent, with Aratuba beach a few steps away, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Besides, Lúcia, the host, is a separate show. She is extremely helpful, attentive and super friendly, always available to help and full of valuable tips about sights and experiences in the region. Your hospitality made all the difference in our stay. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely be back.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

The apartment is great, very spacious. All rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very well located. The gatekeepers are extremely gentle and supportive. The parking spaces in the garage are good, very spacious. The apartment is very comfortable and the cleaning was great. Also, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The condominium pool is outstanding. Communication with Aline was fast and accurate. for sure I would return!
