The stay was excellent! The house is wonderful, kitchen super-equipped, nothing is missing, a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Super fresh and ventilated. The house is a few steps from the beach, with a spectacular bathing place right at the condominium door (exit to the beach). The host is super kind, polite and agile in troubleshooting. We'll be back soon for sure.

My family and I felt at home . The always proactive and Gentil host guided me in everything I needed. The location of the property is perfect. I have two special children and the property met has all our demands, they just loved it.

Great host, polite, proactive and easy to communicate. The house is in front of the beach , very beautiful, comfortable and well cared for. Very well-equipped, met all our needs. Personally, it is prettier than on the pictures. I recommend it!

The house is in a good location and is spacious and well maintained. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Equipment in good condition but kitchen utensils could be updated. Despite having a freezer and washing machine in great condition, the lack of a microwave is noteworthy. The support staff (Anderson and Jo) are kind and efficient.

The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

When we arrived, everything was so clean and smelly to welcome us. Exactly on the side of the house there is a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas I've ever had, from Mrs. Renate, super friendly too. It was wonderful days of rest and in touch with nature, which allowed us to reinvigorate our energies!!

We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. Village is a paradise: safe, well cared for, with an impeccable structure and a breathtaking view. Every striking detail: the pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing; the barbecue was ideal for moments of fraternization; and the... indescribable view! The location is also excellent, with Aratuba beach a few steps away, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Besides, Lúcia, the host, is a separate show. She is extremely helpful, attentive and super friendly, always available to help and full of valuable tips about sights and experiences in the region. Your hospitality made all the difference in our stay. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely be back.

André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. The village of Claudio is a great place to rest with family and friends. Super-equipped, organized, spacious rooms. It is located within a condominium with good infrastructure, safe, it has a food court in the interior and a very close market. Calm beach, quiet, very good for children.
