Holiday rentals with beach access in Veprinac

L’appartamento è un carino monolocale non distante dal centro di Fiume, anche se la posizione alta potrebbe non renderlo comodo per tutte le tipologie di utenti. Barbara è una host gentile e puntuale. Noi ci siamo trovate bene e consigliamo!

Évek óta az Adriára járunk nyaralni a feleségemmel. Eleinte minden évben más helyre mentünk, de amióta Tamara és Viktor szálláshelyére bukkantunk, folyamatosan oda járunk. Ez mindent elmond az apartmanról és a házigazdákról. We spent our holiday on the Adriatic seaside with my wife for decades. Usually we choose a different destination each year. Since we found Tamara and Viktor's place, we do not bother with searching for new quarters. We have rented the same apartment for several years. I think this tells everything about the host and the housing.

Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage mit malerischem Ausblick und sehr sympathischer Host. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem Rbnb in Lovran, Kroatien. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, die lokale Spezialitäten anbieten. Unsere Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten Urlaub an der kroatischen Küste suchen!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay very much. The location is very calm and beautiful on the hill with lovely views. The apartment was very clean and spacious, our toddler enjoyed the garden very much. Djurdica was extremely welcoming and helpful, she provided us with everything we asked for. We would definitely go back anytime!

Appartamento molto spazioso ed arredato davvero con gusto, la vista dalla terrazza è molto bella e rilassante, il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Il bagno ha una doccia meravigliosa! Peccato solo che il pavimento non fosse molto pulito e che le federe dei cuscini fossero state spruzzate di profumo, avrei preferito che sapessero di detersivo della lavatrice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Wir haben es total genossen in diesem herrlichen Haus sein zu dürfen. Liebevoll gestaltet erzählt das Haus tolle Geschichten aus seinem langen Leben. Liuba und Valentin sind herzlich und die Umgebung lädt ein zum Wandern, schwimmen und da sein! Danke für alles!

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Gospođa Nevia izrazito je susretljiv domaćin, dočekala nas je s hladnim pićem dobrodošlice i štrudlom od jabuka te nas je uputila na lokalne turističke atrakcije. Apartman je uredan, čist i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Svaka preporuka :)

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Vali & Zdenko. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und wir durften die letzten, selbst angebauten Trauben kosten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Nachbarn waren nett. Der beste Part war für uns aber definitiv der Ausblick aufs Meer und der grosse und gut gepflegte Pool. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir gemütlich auf der überdachten Terasse essen. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Opatija (mit ein paar Höhenmeter). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

Die Anfahrt ist zwar nicht ganz einfach aufgrund der Lage direkt am Hafen muss man den Weg dahin erstmal finden, aber Darijas Familie war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben dann die Wohnung gefunden. Ansonsten was soll man sagen; perfekte 3,5 Tage! Super Lage am Hafen mit vielen Restaurants man kriegt den Betrieb ein bisschen mit, aber es stört nicht. Super zentrale Wohnung mit tollem Blick und einem Zugang zum Meer über den hinteren Gartenbereich. Nur auf die vielen Stufen muss man hinweisen, falls man älter oder zu Fuss nicht gut ist, aber aufgrund der Lage unvermeidbar.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.
