Holiday rentals with beach access in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like in the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two are investing so that everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, both have repeatedly inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab:)

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were always available, open and friendly. The place is very clean and lovingly designed. The apartment is very small, but completely sufficient for two people. The area is complemented by the associated terrace with outdoor kitchen, seating and reclining options and the view of the beautiful sea. The place is highly recommended if you just want to switch off. We will be happy to come back. :-)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having the balcony with a view of town and the ocean was amazing. The Unit is super spacious and well setup. It had everything we needed and then some. It’s very close to town and the beach as well as the supermarkets etc. We never needed our car. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel at home. There is a convenient on property parking for the unit. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation and would highly recommend it. The sea is a 3-minute walk away and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. Communication with Matije was very straightforward and he was so nice to pick us up from the airport as we didn't have a car yet. We will be happy to come back to KRK!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you might need. The use of the pool is a great added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Sandra was incredibly kind and welcoming—always available and ready to help with great suggestions and local tips. The area around the house is very peaceful and quiet. It might feel a bit far from towns or cities with more nightlife or evening activities, but that could also be due to the time of year we visited (June). In any case, both the host and the accommodation were excellent. Thank you, Sandra! Hopefully we’ll have the chance to come back!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

We were at Sanja's in Dramalj in early June, a small place, very quiet, hardly any tourists. Beautiful beach and clear water. Sanja was very friendly and the accommodation perfect with a small garden, terrace and beautiful balcony and hanging chair. The view of the sea is enchanting and we had a wonderful time. It is about 7 minutes on foot downhill to the beach with a small beach bar and loungers to rent. We will be happy to come back.

As others have already written, the path from the car park to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It doesn't take a minute and you can go swimming at one of the many places in the sea. Below the house, a path runs directly along the sea. If you go to the right, you will reach Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will reach a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window, as the reception is poor in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

My family and I had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly located. Novi Vinodolski is a beautiful place and although you live very quietly, the beach and beach life can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by SUP. Vladimir is a very warm person and great host! The apartment is exactly as shown and described in the pictures. The rooms are renovated, only the kitchen could use a little refreshment. The heart of the property, however, is certainly the spacious outdoor area with many opportunities to linger and enjoy. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Fabian and his mom are very kind and helpful. The accommodation was the cleanest apartment of our lives! The beach and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommend, we would love to stay here next time!

The apartment has an incredible view and is very well located. Our check-in was early, which helped us a lot. The host was very kind to us.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!
