The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

The apartment is located along the shore of the lake, from which, through large glazed rocks, you can see the lake itself and the surrounding mountains. In summer, you can swim in the lake and enjoy the outdoor terrace, while winter offers accommodation in the warmth of the indoor fireplace. The heating is automated with pellets, while you can use the fireplace for an additional atmosphere.

The house has a bedroom, living room, gallery with two French beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and another separate toilet.
