Our Ventura Pierpont Beach beach house is family friendly and just footsteps away from the sand. Our newly renovated beach house is cute + cozy and the perfect getaway! Sleeps 6 people easily within the home. 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a rollout couch in the living room. 2 Bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cornhole, foosball, and basketball.

A full kitchen, split living and dining area, and the second bath make up the rest of the bungalow. The back patio has a grill, outdoor dining table and seating area.
