Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. My house is right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, 30 minutes from both! You will enjoy my place because there are beautiful beaches within minutes of driving. There is also a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby like paddle boarding in the harbor or taking a ferry to the islands. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.
