We are only a few km. from wonderful markets, restaurants, wineries, historic towns & the Canal du Midi. Perfect for hiking, biking, riding, wildlife, & relaxing by the pool.

Second floor: two spacious bedrooms (one double one twin) laundry with washing machine and a large bathroom. Third floor: fabulous large sunny private terrace 23m2. - Superfast broadband/wifi; bedding; towels - Free on street parking - The village has a restaurant, a cafe, a shop and wine cellar two minutes walk away.

A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

Air-conditioned accommodation, not overlooked among the vines for a stay as a duo in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Private accommodation with a 200/200 bed upstairs as well as a walk-in shower and a balneo bathtub. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with seating area, separate toilet and a terrace for your meals outside. The place doesn't have wifi.
