Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

I have only one regret. I'm returning to Madrid at the end of the trip and Suzana's apartment is already booked. Sensational place. Well located, well maintained, with top quality bed and bath linen. Comfortable bed and sofa. Delicious shower, not to mention a full kitchen at your disposal.

Delighted with the stay! Alecsa has always been attentive to everything. The room is very good. Very comfortable bed with a terrace, but because of the heat we didn't use it. His son Alex is a sweetheart! It's 15 minutes from the subway but the area seemed super quiet. There were no noises at night and you could sleep peacefully I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Madrid A kiss for both of you ☺️

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Everything was perfect, super comfortable, beautiful, clean apartment and the best thing is that it is close to the El Carmen subway, which connects you to the center and the best places in a matter of minutes. The apartment is very nicely decorated and cozy. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is colorful and mostly free of tourists, and reasonably close to everything.

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

Location 25 min from downtown. Super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

We spent two wonderful days in this house traveling as two families (6 people). The house is exactly as in the pictures - spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect - a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and at the same time close to the metro station, which makes it easy to visit Madrid. A big plus for a parking space directly in front of the house! The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, and each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a sensational restaurant nearby, where we ate some of the best burgers of our lives. Communication with the host went smoothly through the Airbnb app. Everything was thoroughly described and we had no problems with check-in or check-out. The only minor disadvantage is the lack of a larger table (it is only for 2 people), which makes it difficult to eat together with a larger group. Apart from these details, our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to other group travellers. The area was quite specific, but it was safe.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the start. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the listing. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close by, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.
