The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Hello, welcome to my loft! It is modern and bright, and is in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike path, which crosses the city, with electric bike rental. It was an old cabinetmaking workshop from the 1950s, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with tools and images that I salvaged from its previous use. It is unique! Enjoy it ;)

Great loft in the heart of Madrid. Really good location right on Parque Retiro, the green lung of the city. The big museums, etc. are all easy to reach on foot. The apartment has a good, beautiful layout over two floors and offers enough privacy for all guests. Communication with Alejandro went absolutely smoothly, thank you! There is a kiosk in the house below, where you can get everything for your daily needs, and you can also store your luggage there. Overall, the three of us had a great stay, happy to come back!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

I had a lovely time in Catarina’s place! I was able to check in earlier which was great. There is a metro station very close by and multiple of supermarkets within walking distance. The airconditioning was a major plus point and the wifi also worked flawlessly. Only minor downside was that either the neighbours or someone who lives close by was fairly loud in the mornings. I’ve been woken up twice very early by slamming doors. But that is out of Catarina’s control :) Overall, great place! I stayed here by myself but I think this would also be nice for family or friends!

We chose the apartment to be able to attend a training course at the Ice Palace. Very well located for what we were looking for, easy to park in the area. With the instructions given, we found the apartment without any problems. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well used. The hostess was attentive at all times and provided us with everything we needed for the stay. We'll definitely repeat if we have to come back.
