Beautiful studio located 90 meters from a creek with sea access on foot. It is completely independent with its garden and terrace sea view. Guests have an equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Parking space next to the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from the centre of Carry. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200m and 1km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.
