It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards.
