Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was in a great location a stones throw away from the beach & shops and had a private entrance which was great and very well equipped for an air b&b. Everything was lovely very clean and such friendly hosts & very flexible and super helpful every step of the way. A great find & good value for money 😃

Le logement est parfait, super bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, vaisselles etc). Il est situé dans une résidence très sympathique avec vue sur la mer et la plage accessible à moins de 5min à pied très facilement. Le bus en face vous emmène à la grande station de Torrevieja d’où vous pourrez prendre des cars pour vous rendre dans d’autres villes. Seul petit bémol : les toilettes, difficile à utiliser car sont placés devant le lavabos et donc pas assez de place, cela peut être compliqué pour les personnes de grande taille ou personne âgée etc

Sentimo-nos muito bem, como em casa. Tem todas as comodidades à disposição. Estadia impecável!

This is a really great apartment in a quiet area close to the beach. It’s very comfortable, the kitchen is great and the parking very convenient. Divers will love the fantastic ‘heritage’ diving gear and photos from Rafael’s extraordinary life under water.

Communication with the hosts was friendly. For the winter season, they took care of the heater and super warm blankets :) Beautiful sea view, comfortable yard with parking.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y contaba con todo el equipamiento descrito en el anuncio. Además, incluía detalles que no suelen encontrarse en este tipo de alojamientos, como gel de baño, pastillas para el lavavajillas, jabón y suavizante para la lavadora, entre otros. Rubén nos recibió con mucha amabilidad a nuestra llegada, nos ayudó con las maletas y nos hizo un recorrido por la urbanización, explicándonos todo con gran claridad. Durante la estancia, por motivos de trabajo, tuve que adelantar un día nuestra salida. Se lo comuniqué a Rubén y, sin poner ninguna objeción, accedió amablemente a devolvernos el importe correspondiente a esa última noche. En resumen, un 10 para Rubén. Ha estado siempre atento, facilitando todo lo que hemos necesitado y haciendo que nuestra experiencia haya sido realmente agradable.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

the place is mesmerizing. it's in the middle of mountains and pretty remote, however within just 15 minutes ride you can find villages La Izohia (also beautiful, by the way) and Isla Plana with supermarkets and restaurants. the nature around is also amazing, be sure to drive/hike around it. the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and hosts even left me things for breakfast. i visited early March, so it was pretty cold outside, however the heating in the apartment worked very well - appreciated it. easy to find - just follow google maps location ("Ecoturismo Cabo Tiñoso"). i really want to come back some time to have longer holidays here 💚

What a wonderful villa for eight tennis ladies. Walkable to the courts. A beautiful pool to use at the end of the day. BBQ was a great boon!! Thank you Sandra, Ruben and Maria for your patience. Lizanne.

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

The property was even better than we expected. So peaceful and in a very quiet residential area. The pool area is lovely and the shade under the pergola was most welcome when it got too hot. Only downside for some might be if you don’t have a vehicle of your own, it is a little isolated. However, as we didn’t want to drive, we were easily able to arrange supermarket deliveries to the property and made use of the local taxi service via online apps.

La casa como el anfitrión un 10. La casa esta en una ubicación perfecta para conocer cabo de palos e ir a todos los sitios andando tanto a la playa como a los restaurantes. La casa esta genial y cuenta con todo lo necesario y varias terrazas. La comunicación es perfecta y te facilita todo. Estuvimos como en casa. Repetiremos seguro. Gracias Chema

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))

Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia , la urbanización es muy cómoda y la playa está a 10 minutos andando y es muy buena playa. Hay buenos restaurantes para llegar dando un paseo y los niños han disfrutado tanto con la pista de pádel como con la de fútbol. Nos gustaría repetir !

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.
