Holiday rentals with a sauna in Veneziola Beach

The apartment is very new and all furniture as well as allowed kitchen, TV, soundassistant, wifi, are perfect for a quiet holiday. You have everything you need, and with 2 bathrooms everything is very comfortable. Also the spa area downstairs is a good variety for the beach and swimming pool time. I would be happy to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is beautiful and spotless. The beds are so comfortable! The pools were fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Beautifully designed apartment, great location to shops bars restaurants.

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing:) It is easy to reach everything on foot; the airport and city is also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

Awesome modern apartment. Huge balcony and sun terrace. Clean and spotless throughout. Made great use of the 2 pools and the gym which were always quiet. Great for a peaceful and relaxing trip away. This is the 3rd Oasis apartment complex we have stayed in and I think this was the best one yet. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment for a month and honestly felt right at home :) The place is truly something special — fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The residence itself is beautiful and well taken care of. There are lovely gardens, several pools, jacuzzi, kids’ play area, a gym, cozy saunas, and even a barbecue zone. It’s a great setup, especially if you're staying longer :) The only downside was that the hot tubs weren’t working during our whole stay, which was a bit of a letdown. But apart from that, everything else was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still has everything you need close by. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot, and if you're up for a walk, you can reach the nearest sandy beach in about 30 minutes at a good pace :) Big thanks to our host for making everything so easy and welcoming — we truly appreciated the warm communication and care. Would definitely love to come back someday!

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Beautiful appartment very well equiped in a great location close to beach and local restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus. A big thank you to Margot who was accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Excellent apartment. Clean, equipped with all comforts, two neat bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning works well. The roof terrace is great and there are plenty of chairs. We were 2 people. Swimming pool is wonderful and warm enough in June. The crowds were not too bad because not all the houses were occupied. There are some restaurants within walking distance (10 - 12 minutes). The only tip is that there may be a parasol or canopy on the roof terrace. Then I would give the apartment a 10, now a 9.5.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the apartment! In a quiet area of La Manga but with everything you need nearby. Very clean, spacious, perfectly equipped with everything you need. Spectacular views of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Very well-equipped and warm for winter. Juan Manuel is very attentive, continuously available and very understanding. Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs we've been to. Totally recommended!!!!

The house was very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed, but what really distinguished the experience was the wonderful host. From the first moment, I felt I was in safe hands - he was always communicating, helping even before I asked, and treating guests as if they were close friends. I felt the sincerity of his interest and hospitality, and his presence was a reason for my comfort and reassurance throughout the stay. This is not just a stay, but an experience full of appreciation and humanity, and I wish everyone had a host like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Everything about our stay was amazing from Julian's communication with us beforehand to helping us check and move in and also being on hand during our stay. The property looks even better than the pictures (yes, somehow it's possible). The Airbnb has everything you could need and we were 15 girls! Spacious, clean and decorated beautifully inside and the pool and hot tub were amazing! The villa is private but had a shop and restaurant on the resort so you don't even need to leave! Highly recommend and a massive thank you to Julian for a remarkable stay!

Had a wonderful stay at the villa with our toddler. Very comfortable house and garden. Has everything you need. Clean villa, quiet environment and great communication. If needed, help was provided almost right away. For (family) activities a drive was needed. The golf resort is a quiet environment. Perfect to relax.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

A home that responded to the expectations created. We usually take homes of similar characteristics and we liked this one and that we came from a negative experience in another house. It has everything you need to make the stay very pleasant. Very recommended the house and the service of the host ( Juani) spectacular. Highly involved. Highly recommended
