This house is in a good location; surprisingly quiet for Venice. There is plenty of room, including a good terrace. Everything in the house works. This was our third stay, and we will book again.

La casetta è meravigliosa, suddivisa in 2 piani spaziosa ospitale e con tutto ciò che serve per sentirla tua durante la permanenza. L’accesso diretto al garage privato è la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette sono una vera e priorità chicca. Noi eravamo senza macchina e le bici ci hanno permesso di muoverci in maniera semplice per tutti e tre i giorni. Antonella sempre disponibilissima per ogni domanda fattagli. Assolutamente consigliata la permanenza.

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Alexandra empfangen. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Es gab sogar eine Garage für das Auto mit direktem Zugang ins Haus. Wir fanden die Tage sehr schön und kommen gerne wieder. Alexandra war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Porto Santa Margherita. La maison et la piscine sont en tous points conformes à la description, le voisinage est sympathique, la mer est proche. Parfait pour une famille de six personnes. Nous sommes allés visiter Venise et sa biennale en prenant le train à San Stino di Livanza comme nous l’avait conseillé Alessandra. Très pratique!

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

L'appartement est facilement accessible, à 20min à pied de la place Saint-Marc, dans une petite rue résidentielle et calme près des restaurants et bars. La communication a été simple et efficace. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour étant donné que le check-out était le matin et notre vol le soir. L'appartement était propre et pratique. Recommandé !

Had a wonderful stay in Cristina's in beautiful Este. House was spotless clean, and exactly as listed, very close to the centre of Este and the lovely Castle grounds. Cristina was great to deal with, instructions were very clear, and we wil definitely return.

We had the pleasure to stay in Romeo's beautiful house for a month and we couldn't be happier. We were met by his father who was very friendly and helpful. The house is extremely comfortable - split over 3 levels, there is plenty of space for both short & long stays. Two well equipped bathrooms and a large kitchen with everything you need make for an easy stay. There are 2 sitting rooms, both with large sofas. The beds are comfortable and the location is very quiet. The village of Arqua Petrarca is stunning, and the house is well positioned for easy walks through the winding streets of the village. We highly recommend Romeo's house if you are ever in northern Italy!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Schlafbereich und die zwei Badezimmer bieten jede Menge Platz. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Was auch sehr angenehm war, dass es genügend Spül- und Waschzubehör gab, sowie ausreichend Klopapier. :-) Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Gleitschirmfliegen, Städtetrips. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren nur am ersten Tag laut, aber dann hatten sie sich an uns gewöhnt und wir fanden es nicht mehr störend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Romano nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis. Il s'est regulierement assuré de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour La maison est très moderne, propre, fonctionnelle. La climatisation au top! La plage est juste à côté, la Chioggia est pleine de charme. Nous avons pu faire une petite journée à Venise. Tout était parfait!

Una piccola comitiva con bambino in tenera età e una cagnolina per fare insieme il capodanno. La casa è risultata ben adeguata alle nostre esigenze, super attrezzata, molto pulita e calda. La host è stata presente e gentile, una professionista! Il paesino di Monfumo offre pochi servizi ma nei dintorni c'è veramente di tutto per chi ama le montagne, i laghi e la natura! Casa consigliatissima per rilassarsi 👍

Ottima casa nei pressi di Bassano, possiede parcheggio privato con box auto e una terrazza con vista panoramica sulla zona. La casa è molto accogliente, ed è molto ben fornita, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di prosecco e un panettone, che abbiamo molto apprezzato, e anche un welcome kit che comprendeva prodotti da bagno e per la prima colazione

La casa molto pulita, accogliente, silenziosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le zanzariere e le persiane elettriche. La camera molto spaziosa con arredi moderni ed essenziali. bagno grande coñ vasca e finestra. Tutto perfetto

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

Even though we did not meet with Iulia, she was very prompt to my messages. Thanks to her instructions, it was easy to find the place and we enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was very comfy, and apples from the region as a treat was cherry on top. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und klasse gelegen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Strand sowie Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Eisdiele sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tom ist ein guter Gastgeber - stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
