With historic architecture, high ceilings, and a stone water basin that stays at 12°C, the house is ideally located near shops in a lively village. In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. The South is invited here.
