The house is modern and comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the bathroom is excellent. It's convenient to drive right up to the door of the house. You can feel that the hosts care about their guests' comfort.

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. Madison's company, the adorable dog, was pleasant. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We leave feeling relaxed.

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

Beautiful little house, fully equipped. Beautiful garden with furniture and barbecue, fully fenced. Super convenient with the dog. Bavette is super friendly. She even brought us vegetables from her vegetable garden. I recommend it 100%!!

The location of the accommodation is very peaceful. Direct access to the marsh on foot as well as the loan of the boat are assets that made this stay all the more enjoyable. I recommend it!

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

Second stay with a maintenance of the quality of the accommodation. Well located, appreciated parking, cleanliness, very good interior equipment, good bedding, very nice view of the ocean, good welcome and good communication. A very good place to stay in Les Sables.

We had a very nice family stay at the gîte du lit du Lay. The gîte du lit du Lay is a beautiful place where you feel good. We can only admire the work accomplished by Sonia and François to create such an exceptional place. Everything here is thought out and arranged with care and taste. The owner Sylvain answered my questions very quickly. Françoise (concierge service) is a very nice, smiling and helpful person. Fluid communication. The apartment has a superb view, very pleasant to hear the sea. Modern decor I will come back without hesitation 😉

Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

We spent 6 nights in the apartment by the sea and were more than satisfied. The pictures definitely match reality and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for couples, but for more than 2 people it would be very cramped. The hosts responded quickly to our inquiries and helped us immediately. We would definitely come back!

This little gem is worth five stars in every category. Laurence was a kind, helpful and generous host and the Gite was immaculate - a little oasis with the most lovely, tranquil gardens giving shade and privacy on hot days. The bike routes out of the back door were wonderful. Thankyou Laurence!!

A timeless place, where the soul breathes 🌿💫 This cabin in the heart of the woods is much more than just accommodation: it is a true interlude of harmony, a return to the essentials. Surrounded by the forest and the river of almost unreal beauty, we felt a deep connection to nature... We were able to enjoy an aperitif on a boat, rocked by the water and silence, which gave us the impression of being alone in the world, the evening by the fire, the walks in the beautiful forest with our dog, who also loved the experience... We only spent one night there, but our minds stayed there much longer. Thank you to Abigail for sharing this beautiful place, for this bright and rejuvenating experience 🤍

We had a lovely and quiet stay. The garden is very peaceful. The centre and the beach are accessible on foot as well as nature walks. Perfect as a location.

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.
