45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Bright, the house will be perfect for your getaway for families or with friends. The courtyard at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun for a nap, an aperitif or a barbecue.
