Villa holiday rentals in Vendee

We spent several days with the family in Julien and Sandra's villa. It went very well. The house is very nice, well equipped, spacious. The terrace is perfectly furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet, the first beach 150 meters away is ideal with young children and access through the forest to the other beach is easy with in addition games for children and the possibility of eating or cooling off on site. Leila warmly welcomed and advised us. The exchanges with Julien and Sandra were very simple and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that you are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

The beautiful Romance is aptly named, 🤍 a house decorated with great taste. Absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was impeccable, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, in a quiet area. We had a lovely time. We recommend this listing without a second thought!

Very clean accommodation with all necessities. we had a very good weekend. the only downside is the nearby road which is very noisy early in the morning and the soundproofing of the rooms... the bedrooms that are upstairs we heard the slightest noise from the kitchen... the rooms are spacious with plenty of beds but we were very hot and with the road it was difficult to sleep with the windows open. maybe see to provide fans in the rooms.

Super clean home. Spa also very clean. Super easy access and super responsive host. A quiet little corner in a nursery. We were lucky to be able to shelter our bikes for the night. GREAT.

We had a pleasant stay at Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect ( well equipped and nicely decorated). Bike trails accessible for family walks, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l 'Auzance" for a horse and pony ride for the kids.

Well exposed house with a large pleasant and bright living room. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. Out of season, we didn't have to suffer from traffic jams. We had a great weekend.

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its looks is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

Very nice family stay in this beautiful barn! The site is very quiet. The house is quite exceptional and very original. The space is impeccable. Inside, many beds, spacious living room. The kitchen is really well equipped, full of board games. Outside, the covered pool is obviously a huge plus. There are also outdoor games for children (cabin, swing, trampoline) and for older children (ping pong table, petanque balls, foosball, darts). We went with friends and loved our stay. Alexandre is very accommodating, and Corinne, who welcomed us, is adorable It was perfect!

Pleasant and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène listened to us, arrival and departure times very flexible!

The house was great - very spacious and clean with lots of activities and things to do! The location is great within a short walk to the local town Hosts were very discreet and communicated well.

House was very well equipped with everything you could need. Nice location within quiet residential area with easy access to lots of facilities. We cycled to the beach, bakers and to town centre and beyond. Safe cycling routes. An amazing selection of bikes too, we took our own but didn’t need to. The pool was lovely, a real sun trap, being fenced off was a must for us, very safe, with child proof latch. The tiled floors throughout mean sound travels so not ideal if your children are light sleepers. All in all brilliant week.

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

The accommodation was really good: very clean, well located, comfortable and perfectly suited to a weekend with friends. We had a great time there with the indoor pool, the petanque court, the ping pong table and the foosball. Communication with the host was responsive, which is appreciable, although it sometimes seemed a little intense before arrival, with several messages close together to get information. This may have put us under slight pressure. Responses were generally sent quickly, and sometimes at a late hour. Despite this, everything went very well on site and we have very good memories of this stay. We would definitely recommend this listing.
