We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. WiFi (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, sodastream, dishwasher (pellets provided), washing machine (laundry provided). Tableware and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively area, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay.
