Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Appartamento a pochi metri dall'Allianz Stadium e dalla Reggia di Venaria. Al 4° piano con ascensore, l'aeroporto di Torino è raggiungibile in 15 minuti. L'alloggio offre un ampio soggiorno con divano letto da 1 piazza 1/2, una camera matrimoniale per il massimo relax, una cucina attrezzata con forno, microonde e macchina per il caffè a cialde. Vicino alla tangenziale e di fronte alla fermata del tram e pullman per centro città, stazione. Sanificato con tecnologia ad ozono prima di ogni affitto.

Loft-Torino-Piemonte

Loft ampio e moderno, dotato di Wi-Fi e perfetto anche per lavorare, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, raggiungibile dalla stazione Porta Nuova e porta Susa, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e nella zona sono presenti parcheggi gratuiti. Il loft ha una cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, un ampio salone con TV e un letto, un bagno con doccia e un soppalco con un letto e un calciobalilla. E' in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro e a numerosi ristoranti, bar e supermarket.

La mia Reggia

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Ciao siamo Gabriella e Giuliano e, a REALmente due passi dalla Reggia in pieno centro storico nella zona pedonale, ti presentiamo il nostro elegante appartamento in stabile del '700 al secondo piano senza ascensore. L'alloggio è stato appena totalmente ristrutturato. Composto da living con cucina e divano letto, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno con maxi doccia walk-in, sistema di aria condizionata con due unità gestibili singolarmente. Wi-Fi di ultimissima generazione. Vi aspettiamo!

Bilocale Ristrutturato, comodo a tutti i servizi, pratico per la bellissima Reggia di Venaria, i Giardini Reali, il Parco La Mandria ed a circa 6 minuti dall'Allianz Stadium. Il palazzo fu progettato nel ‘700 dal famoso architetto Filippo Juvarra. Da qui è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. L'appartamento è stato finemente ristrutturato, ripristinando i soffitti a cassettone originali e mixando un arredamento contemporaneo accostato a pezzi di antiquariato.
