The accommodation has just been completely renovated. Consisting of a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and an air conditioning system with two individually manageable units. Spacious and modern loft, equipped with Wi-Fi and also perfect for working, is just a few minutes' walk from the center, reachable from Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations, easily reachable by car and there are free parking spaces in the area. The loft has a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large living room with TV and a bed, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with a bed and a foosball table. It is in a quiet area but close to the center and numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The accommodation accommodates 3 people. Free crib and high chair on request. Overnight stays longer than 30 nights are not possible because I occasionally use the apartment for personal use. Seventh floor, panoramic view and large terrace: table and chairs for your comfort outside. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer. Coffee, herbal teas, tea, fruit juices are available.
