Nice and well located apartment, great communication and explanations for top parking!

Quiet location, very well maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cosy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade biscuits) we really appreciated these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of some chickens. We'll keep the address safe if we come back to the area because it's 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, which is very nice.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. The most with the private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city centre. The port is a little further away, 25 minutes away! Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
