I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Vilas' Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His instructions were clear and well-organized, making check-in and settling in seamless. The property itself was well-maintained and offered a comfortable and pleasant experience. The beach is at a walkable distance. The only downside was the lack of direct car access to the property. While there's ample space inside, we had to park a little further away. However, the overall hospitality and upkeep of the place more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this stay for those looking for a warm and well-managed Airbnb experience!

I stayed at a well-kept property surrounded by dense greenery and tidy landscaping. The meals featured authentic Kerala dishes like appam, stew, puttu, idiyyapam .A barbecue setup was also available on-site, which made evening dinners more enjoyable and hassle-free. The host, was warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a polite and responsive attitude throughout the stay. This location is ideal for remote workers seeking a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi or for families wanting a peaceful retreat amid nature.

Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s beach-facing property—truly bang on the beach! The home was exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, cozy, and welcoming. Anna was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and prepared us delicious homely meals during our stay. This vacation was just what we needed to unwind and relax. Anna kindly accommodated a late check-out upon request, making our departure smooth and stress-free. Her family was equally welcoming and guided us through our trip, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I would definitely return—next time with my daughter—for another peaceful getaway!

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

I stayed for two weeks in the Bookworms apartment. The apartment is very basic, but it is well priced, conveniently located, and the hosts are kind. Overall, a good stay.

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

A great location overlooking the backwaters, a thoughtfully done penthouse with a fully equipped kitchen and a helpful, responsive host. We really enjoyed our time here!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this place that truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely balcony, offering a peaceful spot to sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and watch the rain fall – simply blissful! The location couldn't be better. Felt like my vacation house were I would go to just unwind and relax. Everything I needed was nearby and within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Even my morning runs were a delight; the area felt so peaceful, despite being right in the city center. This spot perfectly combines convenience with tranquility. Highly recommend!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!
