Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is available.

Dit tiny-house heeft een woonkamer met keukenblokje, een luxe douche met toilet op de begane grond. De slaapkamer is op de verdieping. Terras met buitendouche. Optioneel is de hottub bij te boeken voor 40 euro voor max 2 opeenvolgende avonden. Iedere nieuwe gast krijgt schoon water in de hottub! De Veluwe met veel fiets- en wandelroutes is op ca. 1 km afstand. Fietsen kunnen in de berging.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood.
