There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

This brand new villa is located in a quiet location in the center of the town of Nin, close to a beautiful sandy beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity. The house consists of two bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, WC, terrace, balcony, private pool and parking. All rooms are air-conditioned. Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
