Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Unsere ganz besondere Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und mit einer eigenen, liebevoll gestalteten Bar beste Möglichkeiten, um entspannte Tage im Herzen Veitshöchheims zu verbringen. Fernseher, Tischkicker und Flipper laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und Bus und Bahn für die Fahrt nach Würzburg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt Würzburgs in knapp 30 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen und der Main und die Weinberge sind fast vor der Haustür.

Living near the vineyard

Apartment located directly on the vineyards. Shopping is within walking distance. Very good bus connection to the city center. The apartment has a box-spring bed with 200 × 200 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2023. This has a separate apartment entrance door + garage + parking space. This includes a separate small garden with terrace, grill.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Quietly relax in the countryside

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

Living on the Main 1a-ammain

The house is just a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct access to the Main Valley Cycle Path to Würzburg (8 km). Bicycles can be parked and charged in the dry in the barn. Free parking places to be found on the street in front of the house. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 meters away. Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are approx. 200 meters from the house.

Stroll through the idyllic old town with its small alleys and half-timbered houses and indulge in culinary delights in the cozy restaurants and wine taverns. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car.

Welcome to our modern and quiet apartment. The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course, also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, cyclists or commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.
