Very nice stay, a large apartment. The air conditioning was very good. The fruit we received on arrival was also very nice. Your own parking space and the key box are very practical.

We had a great stay! The apartment was not only beautifully furnished, but also very clean and well maintained. Elli was super friendly, responded quickly to messages and everything went smoothly. We would come back anytime we are close!

A super nice, cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet location. The kitchen has everything you need. The shower is very large and modern. The bed is very comfortable - my daughter and I slept very well in it. Everything clean and tidy. The hosts were not there at the time, but responded very quickly to my questions. The bus stop is around the corner, so it was very convenient to go to the city centre.

I had a great stay at Anja's! I was traveling for work and she accommodated me with the check-in times, which was great. Great apartment with everything you need! The location is great, as everything is close - including the Congress Centre.

The apartment is very large and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt comfortable and will recommend it. The area is a dream for cyclists. You can also easily take the train to Würzburg and Nuremberg.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully restored apartment. Peter met us upon arrival and patiently answered questions even though he had provided a detailed binder of information. He recommended Würzburg and places to see there, as we wanted a less-busy city to visit. Great advice. We had a very clean space. Good coffee and other non-necessary but appreciated extras. We’d definitely stay again.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in an authentic accommodation, you have come to the right place. The castle is nestled in a small village full of good restaurants and wine bars. There is no TV and old trees in front of the windows. The apartment is functional, bright, large, harmonious, well furnished and very cozy. It's actually no wonder that a swarm of wild bees has settled in the walls. We were therefore often in contact with Friedrich and his family and were able to deal with it and solve the problem. We liked it very much, we would be happy to come back in winter and try the fireplace. 😊 Thanks very much.

Everything perfect :) We immediately felt at home. The location is great, right in the city centre, you can reach many sights on foot in no time. As Jana described, there was still quite a bit of life on the street at night, but that didn't bother us. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. You can cook yourself (good knives, good pots and pans) or eat in one of the countless restaurants and cafes. We loved it!

Lovely apartment in a great location for visiting the old city. The weather was very warm during our stay so we had the windows open, which meant we heard traffic noise, but we soon got used to it. Plus the many windows made the apartment beautifully bright and airy. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom too.

In the midst of the most beautiful landscape and a beautiful garden with akelei, poppies and peonies, Cäcilia warmly welcomed us to her house and yard. The rooms are tastefully designed, with love for the material and the character of the house. With selected individual pieces, Cäcilia has created a generous, relaxed atmosphere in which we felt completely comfortable. The bathroom has a beautiful natural stone floor and handmade ceramic tiles, everything works perfectly. The spacious kitchen has everything you need, and the directly adjacent terrace with a cosy wooden bench invites you to enjoy your morning coffee amidst the flowers. This place also seems to be a bird paradise. The small hamlet is quietly located in a depression and invites you to cycle on very good bike paths and to excursions into the enchanting Tauber Valley. Cäcilia responded quickly to our spontaneous request, the contact was really nice and we can recommend this friendly, warm hostess and the refuge

Lovely place to spend great time, to get a good rest. The terrace was also a great place to spend in fresh air, also the view was awesome. Felt like home, recommend it highly. Thank you once again for everything.

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honour – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she found out that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation was as described. There is also a bus stop nearby with a good connection to the city. We will be happy to come back!

Positive: Spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with great shower stand out. The hot tub is a nice extra. Flexible check-in/out times thanks to quick communication. Negative: Unfortunately, hair was found on a pillow, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Neutral/Info: The kitchen requires your own tea towels. Bath towels were missing, but what was in the description. Sounds of the wooden stairs can disturb night people or late sleepers. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is about 25-30 minutes away by car. Conclusion: Grosniczki's apartment is ideal for a pure overnight stay or a relaxing evening with friends. You can also spend a cozy evening with friends there. However, if you are planning a longer stay, you should find out in advance which things to bring with you for a smooth stay. In my opinion, given the fair price, these minor deficiencies are forgivable.

Elke's place was a great start to our vacation. We will be in 5 AirBnb's during our time in Europe and Elke's was the first. We can only hope the others are somewhat close to hers. We enjoyed being with the horses and took advantage of the hot tub. It was close to charming small villages while also being close enough to the big city Wurzburg. The beds were comfortable and the wi-fi worked well. Best of all Elke and her husband were so welcoming and friendly. It made our 3 day stay very enjoyable.
