Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice holiday. We received great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

We spent almost three weeks with our 10-month-old daughter in Franco and Gracia's apartment and had a great time there. The house is conveniently located for excursions in the north of Tuscany, but at the same time quiet and peaceful on a mountain in nature; you have a great view and a great garden! The apartment itself is exactly as described in the pictures; cozy, with plenty of space and a really well-equipped kitchen. With your own garden, you have a lot of private space. Franco and his wife were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, helpful and always available. The instructions to reach the apartment were also clear and understandable. The only small disadvantage of the great location on the mountain is that it is difficult to get away from there on foot (especially with a stroller), but you always have to drive by car. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied and can fully recommend this insider tip; we had a great holiday

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had a great time . Anita is a very attentive host, the accommodation is located in a beautiful green park in a quiet area with a swimming pool available, a real plus. We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

We had a magical stay at Ottavio's estate. After a warm welcome and very extensive, helpful tips for the area, there was only one thing left for us to do: slow down. The quiet location in the middle of nature is ideal for completely switching off. There's nothing missing! The cottage was cozy, the bed very comfortable & contrary to our expectations, there were few insects. The bedroom is very cool and dark - perfect for relaxing nights. We especially liked that our dog could live out his freedom, our and Ottavio's dog were really friends and played every day. Thank 😊 you very much for the wonderful time! We'd love to come back! ✨

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time! We were lucky with the weather and were able to use the magnificent terrace every day. Otherwise, the apartment would probably have been too small for two of us. Thanks also for the nice welcome with wine and snacks and nice tips for the area! It was very hot during the day, the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep, but at night you could ventilate well. The apartment, the terrace, the view of the rooftops, the relaxed neighborhood - a great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun on the trip to Canyon Park, Lucca and the sea. We only wish the plants on the terrace were better cared for. These were completely dried up when we arrived. Clear watering instructions for guests would certainly be helpful (plastic plants are not a solution given the charm of the apartment and terrace). There are no bedside lamps, neither downstairs nor upstairs. For all those who only read digitally, no problem. We hope we can come again

First of all, it should be emphasised that Fabio is a wonderful, courteous and helpful host. The house is lovingly and stylishly furnished. The village is located in the middle of the Garfagnana mountains and, together with its surroundings, it is an oasis of tranquility. From Bagni di Lucca, a 7 km long, narrow, winding road leads to Lugnano-Monti di Villa. On the route, you will pass 2 more small villages. One of them is Granaiola, where you can eat super delicious food at Laura's. We will be happy to come back :-) Anne and Helga
