Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The accommodation in Lain by Michael and Dana convinces above all with the great terrace. We really enjoyed the wide view of the mountains. The apartment is in a quiet location, was clean and offers everything you need in terms of basic equipment. The communication was quick and easy. We recommend the place. We (family with 2 children) spent super great ski holidays in Lucia's studio. It's pretty tight from the place, but if you don't plan to spend whole days indoors, it's wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and nothing is missing. Our two very active children enjoyed the pool and ping pong table downstairs in the house. The location is ideal for ski holidays. The ski school square and the magic carpet are 5 minutes away by foot. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Leonarda’s apartment. The location is perfect and very peaceful while still being very easy for skiing as the bus is right outside the door. The Spar downstairs also makes life very easy and is great for buying fresh bread for breakfast. Just remember that it closes early on Saturday and is shut all day on Sunday! We were very comfortable inside the apartment, lots of space, comfortable beds and very clean. The views are fantastic! Finally Leonarda is a welcoming and helpful host, we felt looked after before and throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
