Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Quiet, central duplex apartment

Park the car in the underground garage (1.9 m) and go on vacation! Sleeps up to 6 on 2 levels (steep stairs, 1 toilet). Right outside the door: in winter, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, winter hiking trails. In summer, there is a lake, hiking and biking trails. Ski/bike, shoe room. After a day outside, you can cuddle up in the apartment. Use the swimming pool, 2 different saunas, Kneipp, cold bath, relaxation room or fitness center for relaxation. Studio in a quiet location – close to the centre & ski slope

Cosy studio for 2 people in a quiet location in Lenzerheide, Graubünden. Only a 7-minute walk from the centre and close to the bus station. In winter, ski slopes are easily accessible on foot. As soon as the snow is gone, Lenzerheide is known as a biker's paradise. The studio has a kitchen, a private bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a parking space right in front of the building. Ideal for couples or solo travellers who value relaxation and proximity to activities.

Tiny apartment Lenzerheide

The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.

Comfortable condominium in the center of Heid

This beautiful and large (90 m²) condominium in Heid gives you the feeling of being in the mountains and on vacation. The modern accommodation, the large outdoor area with 2 balconies and the central location (500 m from the center and yet very quiet) offers everything you need for a nice hiking, biking or winter vacation. The apartment is perfect for guests who long for luxury, activity and relaxation in the mountains for a few days/weeks.

Cozy, bright apartment in a prime location in Lenzerheide – right by the Fadail ski lift and just steps away from Lake Heidsee and the cross-country ski trail. In summer, it is ideal for biking and hiking. With a double bed, sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, as well as a terrace and garden with a view of the Lenzerhorn. Ski and snowboard school and Primus Sport are right in the building. TV with Netflix and Disney+.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, close to the edge of the forest... whether biking, hiking or tobogganing... the Lenzerheide/Churwalden holiday region offers everything for a relaxing holiday, or a few days to linger... (not suitable for toddlers, many stairs)... July and February bookable for 7 days only)

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Apartment Hotel Schweizerhof

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.
