Everything was perfect! Simple and warm welcome, Dario and Rebecca took the time to give us multiple tips on activities to do in the area, including hikes. The accommodation is impeccable, pleasant, especially the terrace which has a magnificent view of Monte Legnone and the lake.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, walking distance to shops and the lake, we enjoyed our stay!

Our whole family had such a great time at Paul’s place. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. The space is ideal for relaxation. Our son loved the alpacas and goats on the farm. We hope to return one day again soon.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

We were in this beautiful wooden hut for the second time. The location is fantastic. Depending on the agricultural work in the area, it can be very quiet or sometimes louder. Also highly recommended with two small children. There are a lot of toys, cats and dogs that stop by for a visit, high chair, children's cutlery. The house was built and furnished with a lot of dedication. The covered patio is great. And you can't get enough of the view. We'll be back!

We liked the apartment and the location is great! Super convenient for a stay in the middle of Chiavenna.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did many hikes from the house, where we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so we wouldn't have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna up to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to find another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and also received delicious asparagus from their own garden to make a delicious dinner. Inside is clean and equipped with every comfort. A welcome drink and a nice surprise on the pillow. What a treat. We enjoyed this place and have come to rest wonderfully. There is plenty to do nearby and the walks in the area are enchanting. We became aware of Lavin a few years ago and spontaneously felt comfortable there. That's why we booked this beautiful apartment a year in advance and didn't regret it. Steivan informed us in good time that the apartment was available earlier in the day. When we arrived, all rooms were cozy, warm, sparkling clean and tidy - we felt at home from the first minute. Since I love to cook and bake, it was a special pleasure that there is very good kitchen equipment, which I also liked to use every day. The bathroom, with the spacious shower and bathtub, is also a pleasure after a day of skiing or hiking. We were lucky again with the weather, so we were able to use the terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains a few times. We also immediately organized with Steivan to get access to the guest cards. Unfortunately, you can only drive to Ardez with it, to Scuol it costs extra. Clear recommendation!!! Grazia fich!!!

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We loved our stay at Kathy & Luigi's place up in Peglio. They were warm and helpful hosts who were available when we needed them but weren't intrusive at all. As long as you're aware that the hosts also live onsite and that Peglio is FAR up the hill on the north side of the lake (about 15 minutes by car to the nearest towns Domaso & Gravedona) you'll love it! We couldn't recommend staying here more emphatically. Thanks again for a great stay!
