The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed is available as well as a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is with 1-2 minutes walking distance from the property that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus route also runs all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15 minutes walk across the new bridge you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking lot and wifi.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
