Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.
