Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Summer house by the lake

Idyllic accommodation right on Lake Madkroken and the forest just around the corner. The cottage is an older timber house that has recently been rebuilt and extended, so this is where old meets new. Upstairs is the master bedroom with lake view, two bedrooms, two bedrooms, toilet and small workplace. On the lower floor is a small but functional kitchen, living room, dining room and glass veranda. Sauna, shower, toilet, living room and sleeping loft for two are in the guest house right next door. Wood-fired hot tub is available.

We rent out our cozy guest house, completely furnished/decorated and equipped with a kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, mini oven and bathroom with washing machine. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage and also a small AC. Sleeps up to 3 (3rd bed is an air mattress). There's also a TV with Chromecast, but no TV box. You also have access to your own parking for car and bicycle. The cottage is located near the scenic Hissö Nature Reserve, Kronoberg Castle Ruins and 200 meters to the restaurant Ryttmästargården.

During the peak season, weeks 24-35, only weekly rentals with Saturday as the changeover day are valid. The guest house has a unique character with many charming details. Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
