A lovely 40m² apartment, completely renovated, where retro furniture full of character and contemporary touches blend harmoniously. Ideally located, you will enjoy the calm of nature (the apartment does not overlook Avenue d'Uriage) while being 2 minutes from the Grand Café, a bakery, and a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, a delicious sushi food truck sets up right in front of the building. On Monday mornings, the market is just 2 minutes away - a real bonus!

Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.
