This lovely little cottage, near our house, is nestled in a pleasant green setting with a splendid view. Walking trails start from the surrounding area. The Chamrousse resort, popular with the people of Grenoble, is 35 minutes away by car, the Alpe d'Huez is 1 hour away, and Lake Laffrey is 25 minutes away. 800 m away: an enchanting medieval castle, a small grocery store, a pizzeria and a pharmacy. Electric vehicle charging station available for an additional fee. Unfortunately, there is no safety equipment to accommodate an additional baby or young child.

Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.
