Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forest and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Sörängen

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Sörängen is a charming old 19th century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have preserved their old charm. Open fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located in connection to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forest and green areas. A smaller river to fish in is a couple of hundred meters. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to simpler outdoor gym, wood sauna, two nice bikes to borrow.

Lovely, well-planned apartment of 25 square meters in a detached house in the yard. It has all the amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, and a sleeping alcove with 1 Queen-Size double bed (160 cm). Private patio where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still have proximity to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-stocked terrace at the back of the house while hearing the noise of the waterfall at a distance.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Outside space include a balcony (with morning sun) and a terrace overlooking the garden. A further two guests (full size double sofa-bed) can be accommodated downstairs by arrangement, depending on availability.

The house is modernly furnished with a double bed and two mattress pads in the sleeping loft. Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature and take it easy. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
