The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Welcome to one of Vadstena's most charming courtyard houses! If you are going to spend time in the picturesque town of Vadstena, Maria's courtyard house is the obvious choice. Here you live with a hotel feel and preserved original details. The house is a stone's throw from Storgatan with restaurants, cafés and shops. Just a few minutes' walk away is Vättern with its beautiful beach promenade and swimming facilities. Stroll among the delightful old houses and buildings, experience Vadstena Castle and the Monastery Church.

Comfortable holiday home with that little extra. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The house's floor plan is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

At one of the highest points in old Askersund is Villa Klippan and separately on the property you will find this exclusively furnished guest room. Adjustable beds, kitchen with induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private breakfast terrace. Close to the city center, swimming and walking paths. Cozy & airy apartment near the lake

This cozy apartment is only 250 meters from the beautiful Lake Vättern, where there is a swimming area & beach promenade, which is very nice to take to the city & harbor with very good & cozy restaurants. It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the junction, there is a bike path that also leads to the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with soccer fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.

Västanvik, close to Östgötaleden hiking, Vättern's coves and swimming, walks, a quiet moment and possible day trips to Motala, Askersund, Medevi, Vadstena, and more! Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 minutes by car is the Nordic's largest lake swimming area and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala Golf Club, Vadstena Golf Club and Askersund Golf Club.
