Privately owned estate comprising two separate dwellings, each with two living rooms with open-plan kitchens, four bedrooms, two enclosed mezzanines, five bathrooms (three showers and two bathtubs), and two toilets. Private outdoor access: semi-covered pool, jacuzzi in the caves and shaded summer kitchen. An unusual, peaceful and charming place, with no neighbours overlooking. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 18 people. The large house is occupied by the owners, who keep a very low profile.

Our family home

The 15 guests will feel at home in this spacious and unique accommodation, rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France. An unusual house, a renovated old farmhouse, for family reunions and get-togethers with friends, with a large living room, a large kitchen and a large dining room, and a table for 15 people. In the heart of the village, a natural and charming garden with a koi carp pond brings freshness and serenity. A wood-fired sauna in the garden will be available from November to April.

Typical Dauphinoise house. Located just a few kilometers from Lake Paladru (15 min), Voiron and its Chartreuse Caves (15 min), Grenoble (30 min) and 4 min from the Rives exit (A48). From the house, you can set off on the marked trails of Futeau, but also enjoy the Plaine de Colombe by bike or on foot. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Are you looking for a quiet holiday in a green setting? We are located 15 minutes' drive from Vinay and the A49, on the hills facing the Vercors and a stone's throw from the Chambaran forest. In our small hilltop village, we welcome you in an old watchtower that shares the grounds of our house.
