"Casa Nicola" (Municipal Authorization of 2016) is located in a central area and in the immediate vicinity of the Vatican. It has, less than 30 meters away, the Cipro Metro station, with which you can quickly reach a large part of the city. It consists of an entrance, a large bedroom with a double bed (divisible) with a memory mattress, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It is fully furnished and equipped for the stay, with the relative equipment of the various rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bed). It has a terrace or balcony for each room. The apartment, about 60 square meters, was renovated in 2015 (double glazed windows with thermal/acoustic insulation, electrical system in accordance with regulations, armored door, etc.).
