The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

You can reach the Munich Trade Fair in about 10–15 minutes by car. The Haar S-Bahn station is about 1.2 km away (about 12–17 minutes on foot). Free parking in the area. The accommodation is also perfect for group trips.
