The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Feel like being at home

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München. Auch zur Messe, zur Erdinger Therme und zum Flughafen ist es nicht weit. Das hat nicht jedes Angebot: Spül- und Waschmaschine! Servus, Sie suchen ein Zuhause auf Zeit? Ich biete Ihnen ein kleines, aber feines Appartment vor den Toren von München, welches in ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Münchner Flughafen erreichbar ist. Das 25qm große, möblierte Appartment verfügt über eine voll ausgestattet Küche, einen Kachelofen, einen Gäste-WLAN sowie ein modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Appartment wurde 2019 erst komplett neu hergerichtet und verfüg zudem über separaten Zugang.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Ich biete hier meine private Erdgeschoss Wohnung in einer Doppelhaushälfte im ruhigen Wohngebiet zur Vermietung an. Das klimafreudliche Haus ist mit einer PV-Anlage, Stromspeicher und Toilettenspühlung mit Regenwasser ausgestattet. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es WLAN. Parken kann man in den Parkbuchten im Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Aldi, DM, EDIKA und Lidl sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
