Floras Charming Waterfront Villa

Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Καλαίσθητο, φωτεινό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο γωνιακής διώροφης οικοδομής σε γραφικό παραδοσιακό, νησιώτικο χωριό στην Ελλάδα. Υπάρχει μπαλκόνι στην μπροστινή και πλαϊνή πλευρά. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης ενός επιπλέον μονού κρεβατιού στο χώρο του σαλονιού. Το διαμέρισμα, το οποίο απέχει περίπου 45χλμ από τη Μυτιλήνη, καταλαμβάνει 70 τ. μ. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, λουτρό με μπανιέρα, τραπεζαρία - κουζίνα και δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια στο μπροστινό, με θέα τη θάλασσα, και στο πίσω μέρος της ιδιοκτησίας. Επίσης, υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα χρήσης κεντρικών πλυντηρίου και barbeque. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 70μ. και σε απόσταση 100μ. υπάρχει mini market. Στην περιοχή θα βρείτε φαρμακείο, atm, καφετέριες, ταβέρνες και beach bars για να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας!

Aπολαύστε τις διακοπές σας σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο και κομψό χώρο. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2024 με πολλή αγάπη και λεπτομέρεια για να προσφέρει στιγμές ξεγνοιασιάς. Πέτρινη , διώροφη, παραδοσιακή οικία. 1ος όροφος υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι (1,80εκ.) και εσωτερική σκάλα. 2ος όροφος *σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία , κουζίνα, μπάνιο, μπαλκόνι. Το σπίτι από το δεύτερο όροφο έχει υπέροχη θέα στον καστανιώνα. 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού Δε διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

House on beach, Lesvos Nifida, Mytilene beach

A stone cottage once a farm house opposite the beach with a conservatory and an extra independent stone room . It has a BBQ area with a wood fire oven and a large monastery table . Pick your own vegetables, figs, pears, grapes, apples and peaches which are in the garden. Eat on the beach meters away from the house at tradition fish taverns. You can go into the village and have ouzo with locals ,visit the hot springs, go to the salt pit and observe the pink flamingos.

Our two-level recently renovated maisonette Iris Home is located in the city center. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy your food with your family and friends overlooking the sea. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower level and continue the view of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Within a 2-minute walk, you can find the city's marina, restaurants, cafes and other shops.
