Möllevången is an attractive area with a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops. Popular Folkets Park offers fun, nice walking paths and playground for children all year round. Good communications via Triangeln and Södervärn, it is easy to reach Malmö City, nearby towns and Copenhagen! Here you will find a generous ceiling height, beautiful older details, large windows and lovely light. In the kitchen, there is a smaller dining area, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and fan. Bathroom has a shower corner, toilet and sink.

Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Mysig tvårumslägenhet i gammal stil centralt belägen vid Möllan och Folkets Park i Malmö bland caféer, barer och shopping direkt utanför dörren. Endast 5 min promenad till Triangeln station där du tar tåget till Malmö Centralstation på 4 min. Med dubbelsäng i sovrummet, soffa i vardagsrummet samt möjlighet att ställa fram extra madrasser finns sovplats för 4-5 personer. Perfekt för par, vänner eller familj! Välkomna!
