A stone's throw from Nora square and swimming and padel/tennis hall. Swimming area in about 10 minutes walking distance. About 30 minutes by car to Örebro. The garden is shared with host family and other guests, but you have access to your own barbecue and south/west facing patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Our private swimming area with jetty, rowboat and canoe is at your disposal during the summer months. The house is fully equipped and if anything is missing, we'll fix it. We have bikes for rent if you want to pedal to Nora Anna's café or exercise around the lake. Uskavi is a few hundred meters away with a café, lunch restaurant and mini golf, etc.

Lugnt läge i liten genuin by. Nära till skog och badsjöar. Men här finns också mataffär och skola. 20 km till den pittoreska staden Nora. Huset delar tomt med ett större hus där hyresvärden bor. Perfekt hus för dig som planerar att flytta till Sverige under tiden du letar efter ditt drömhus.

In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Here you are close to lots of nice activities such as golf course, Nora city, cozy cafes, Bergslagsleden, swimming areas, etc. Or why not just hang out in the house and enjoy the garden, lake views, calm and quietness and with a 2-minute walk down to Norasjön and swimming areas. We can be flexible with check-in and check-out depending on other bookings, ask and we'll take it from there!

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Välkomna till vår stuga för 5 personer. Plus 2 sängplatser i intilliggande gästhus. Altan med utsikt över sjön Usken. Ni får del av gårdens strand med er egen brygga med båt och möblerad altan. Stugan står på vår gård med er egen avskilda trädgård Uskavi camping några hundra meter bort med kafé, lunchrestaurang och minigolf. På gården bor en katt och hästar finns i hagar runtom. Lämna stugan i samma skick som när ni kom.

Life jackets and paddles also included. Walking distance to the lake and river. Transport of canoe to other lakes can be arranged for a small fee.
